Starting in 2018, the whole company was busy because the company's first RoHS production line would be officially commissioned this year.
In recent years, with the increasing demand for environmental protection products at home and abroad, more and more customers request to provide RoHS-compliant products, which is a serious challenge to the company's management and production workshop, for every small link.
Although KDSI products have always been in short supply, if there is no progress, not sustainable development, no one brand will have greater development.
So we are determined to accept this challenge and seize the opportunity to start the installation and commissioning of the RoHS production line.
To do RoHS is to start from the source, the company's office staff first step, from the drafting and issuance of documents, to supplier training and audit, and then to improve the company's internal environment, internal staff training, office staff have paid hard sweat.
Training is an important part of the quality control department. We should not only know what to do, but also let the staff know how to do better.
Production workshop, is the focus of RoHS control, in order to avoid dust, dust, the company installed air purification equipment, the air in the workshop for circulating filtering, to avoid dust pollution of products.
Production site personnel in the production time of dust-proof clothing work, and all wear hats, in the shortest possible time, let our workshop meet the basic requirements of the cleaning workshop.

Separate shelves, green material boxes, unified labels... Yes! You can think of it. We did it!
In March 2018, RoHS production line has been officially put into production, after more than half a year of preparation and implementation, we have the ability to produce environmental protection products.
Every time, we will gradually grow and make progress in the demands of different guests.
